This 38 page 'Tip & Template' tool is a must have for any mother wanting to reduce the endless paper piles into one easy manageable system which is simple to maintain on a daily basis! It's all you need to clear all your paper clutter and get organised to have your paper and your life in order.

The inserts have been designed to put in an A4 folder to help mothers manage their day to day paperwork, bills, appointments to make, places to be, reading, websites to review... ie. everything Mums try to juggle each day in order to run their home and take care of her loved ones.

I am still in the process of getting my Action folder together but I think it will help with the piles on my desk that were starting to breed again. My current system was controlling the kitchen piles but my desk piles were starting to grow again. I think the Action folder has the potential to free up my brain a bit and stop me from jumping from one thing to another and then getting frustrated by interruptions. Multitasking was a lot easier in the days before you had little ones interrupting your thought process. So doing one thing at a time makes a lot more sense for mums with little ones. I like the way your resources are written for mums by a mum who understands. So far I like your suggestion to keep the action part separate from the household management/reference folder. I also like the To Do list and Project templates that act as a summary/overview page. I already have a project file system on my desk but your template will be a good overview of what I am currently working on and allow me to make quick plans for future projects as I come across relevant information or have some interesting ideas for future projects."

I attended your workshop a few weeks ago and wanted to express my gratitude at how it has helped to get my life back on track again! I had well and truly fallen into a rut.  My house was such a mess, the office was in a complete disarray, and as a result I didn't' want anyone to visit.  I was in the process of de-cluttering, but was never quite able to finish it off.

The biggest help for me has been the Action Folder.  I have put 2 into place - 1 for family matters, and 1 for our business.  My husband was very impressed!  I plan meals and activities for the week and am enjoying cooking again.  It had become such a chore, but I really enjoy researching new recipes. Thank you so much.  I have a long way to go, but I'm getting there!"

The main purpose of the Action Folder is to deal with the day to day paperwork that just piles up on your desk, kitchen bench or table. Such as invitations, electricity/phone bills etc, kids school memo's, items that need to be read, contact phone numbers, web addresses, etc, pretty much anything that requires action which tends to get left out as a reminder but gets lost amongst the piles. It has divider headers that organises all the various actions into one system and the folder acts as temporary filing storage so that all your ‘to do' items are in one place. The idea of putting them in a folder is that they're out of the way, but also organised in a manner so that you find them quickly, know the action you need to take on them and is very portable when you go somewhere.

Also included is ‘how to' effectively organise your paperwork so that you are not overwhelmed by the process. It includes paper management tips, and how to plan your time to deal with ‘to do's' and current projects on a daily basis. It also includes templates for organising weekly meals, project planning and various templates for noting personal, family, leisure and romance activity ideas.

Try it today and you'll be well on your way to creating the life you want!
